1642 Mountain View Rd Sevierville, TN 37876

Listing details for 1642 Mountain View Rd, Sevierville, TN 37876 : This is a unique one of a kind cabin. I call it Twin Peaks because its like getting 2 cabins for 1 price. Both sides are connected but are separate. Both sides have massive great rooms, 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, a kitchen and a loft. They each have their own decks off the back but they share a ginormous front deck that have eye popping views of the mountains. There are a lot of possibilities such as you could live in one side and rent out the other side. Another possibility is one side could be an in-law suite or use the other side for a guest house. For that savvy investor you could use it as 2 overnight rental cabins. The location is ideal and just moments from the Parkway with easy access to fine dining and all the local fun filled attractions. Twin Peaks does need some loving care and attention but the reward is well worth the effort.
