1902 Wears Valley Rd Sevierville, TN 37862

Listing details for 1902 Wears Valley Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862 : Beautiful, secluded CREEKFRONT acreage with a 3-bedroom cabin constructed in 1978. Cove Creek wraps around this tract for approximately 2,000 feet (Tax Map). The cabin (for some) offers the ''old time'' cabin appeal for those who want the Great Smoky Mountain cabin experience. It is in need of renovations. It has a spacious interior design with a floor to ceiling solid masonry stone fireplace and a nice porch to sit a spell. However, some may want to remove and build back a newer home, or endeavor some type of project with plenty of water frontage. There is a storage building on the property as well as a tree house down by the creek (needs work to used). The land offers some trails as well as a level area on top and down by the creek. An extraordinary natural mountain setting with lots of wildlife. (NOTE: Property and Structure being sold 'AS IS' Please note that owner advises there is no foundation under the structure. States that flooring was removed at one time and joists were laying on the dirt and they were replaced, still on dirt. There is only a small crawl under the kitchen area.) See Associate Docs for more information on Structure.
