215 Luther Jackson Dr Maryville, TN 37804

Listing details for 215 Luther Jackson Dr, Maryville, TN 37804 : Coming Friday! Let me be completely transparent here...there are a couple of types of people who buy houses. And, if you're the type who wants a house to be completely move-in ready, then I've got one for you! Because these sellers were the other type...and I legitimately don't have room here to tell you all that they've done to improve this property. But let me try... I'll start outside. It's a fully fenced, flat backyard. So, already it's a good place for kids and pets. But they've also made it functional with a new Yardesty gazebo and a new storage shed. And there's attention to detail like a rain barrel and covered firewood shed. Not to mention the entire property has been newly landscaped! On the house itself there are new (covered) gutters and the roof is only 7 years old. Deck overlooking it all is TREX, and there's a screened-in side porch to transition from the outside to the inside. And the inside has been completely redone as well! Aesthetic enhancements: rustic wood ceiling beams, plantation shutters, lvp flooring + custom baseboards, new appliances, new light fixtures, granite countertops & hood & sink in kitchen, solid wood doors with new hardware...also finished basement adding an additional bathroom. Efficiency enhancements: New HVAC (2 units), new energy efficient windows. All of this, and it's located so close to the Pellissippi Pkway/Alcoa Hwy exchange that you can be in Maryville, Alcoa or Knoxville easily and quickly. Come see for yourself, because I'm sure I left something out :)
