423 Eastgate Rd Sevierville, TN 37862

Listing details for 423 Eastgate Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862 : LIKE OLD HOMES? LIKE BEING DOWNTOWN? HERE YOU GO..LARGE LOT ...HAS BEEN A RENTAL FOR SO LONG...IT DOES HAVE A ADJOINING LOT THAT sellers have decided to let it go with this sale. BIG YARD FOR YOUR PETS OR KIDS TO PLAY IN.....BUT IF THE CHARACTER OF A OLDER HOME REALLY APPEALS TO YOU...COME SEE THIS ONE....seller has reduced this to move it....selling as is with right to inspect...no room to move on price now....but good buy....this is a large lot, by my calculations .49 the adjoining lot can be bought with this and then if you changed the lot lines I think you could build another building...of course a surveyor would have to do this and get city approval...i've enclosed the proposal my friend did for me...in about ten minutes of how this would work...I knew if you just called the city they'd say no...all lots must have 10,0000 sq. ft and so much frontage before you can do this but think this might work..look in assoc docs
