615 Kingfisher Sevierville, TN 37862

Listing details for 615 Kingfisher, Sevierville, TN 37862 : I think this house was built years ago by Dwight Wilson, for a couple from Pa then this is the 3rd owner. He let his ex wife and kid live in it and they were hard on it..he put on a new roof, new wood laminate flooring in some rooms about 3 years ago..just sprayed for termites...it is a HANDY location...could be a real cute house with some tlc...needs paint, carpet in bedrooms, etc. some work and it'd be cute..had a contract on it as it is for the 80's but it fell and we now want to move it so he's reduced it to move....lock box and vacant..does need tlc but not a horrible amount..good cleaning, painting...some work...the carport was taken in years ago for a extra bedroom...show and sell...
