935 Topside Sevierville, TN 37862

Listing details for 935 Topside, Sevierville, TN 37862 : This is an older home that needs updating, but has good bones. There was roof leaks at one time, but a new roof was put on a few years back, but stains are on ceiling. Again, roof was fixed! Home does have a very large kitchen with additional dining area next to it. Very large laundry room. Family room with fireplace with an additional smaller living room. Large patio off of kitchen entrance. Home needs to brightened up, has wood paneling. At one time they were going to add a deck off of side of home where bedrooms are, but never did. Could be done in future. Have an opened mind of what can be done in this home and the possibility to add on with decks, etc. Older man lived here and never remodeled. Has a fireplace in family room. Would look nice with hardwood floors for new home owner. Home sits on two lots, with an additional 3rd lot that comes with it. Could sell this one for future or leave alone for additional privacy factor. Outside of home could use a good pressure cleaning. Home is one minute to town and in the city limits. Nice neighborhood!
