1284 Laurel Lick #FIREFLYFOREST Sevierville, TN 37876

Listing details for 1284 Laurel Lick #FIREFLYFOREST, Sevierville, TN 37876 : Great investment cabin with excellent rental and 5 star reviews! Your clients will love this cozy cabin and cozy location! Not far off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, nestled in a quaint area with easy access. This cabin has consistently increased in rental revenue even with the pandemic! Owners have been busy with lots of upgrades; new hardwood flooring, granite countertops, stone backsplash, all new appliances, new railing and roof over front steps, custom built electric fireplace with a raw wood mantel, water chlorination and filtration system with softener. The extra special feature that everyone will love is the newly built gazebo over the hot tub! Cabin was re-shingled in 2017. All the important things are done! But this cabin has a bonus of a 3-bedroom septic, if you wanted to add to the cabin the septic has already been established. It has a totally flat yard so it would be an easy build plus increase rental revenue. With this being .97 acres you have the room to build. Plus you have a creek on the property, great firepit, and shed comes with the property. Very important info that I accidently left out and that stays with the cabin are two nest security cameras, a nest thermostat and nest fire and carbon monoxide detector, those items are an absolute necessity for cabin owners. Also the Schlage door panel stays and that also is a bonus for all cabin owners, it lets you control and assign codes instantly. Items that do not convey; sofa, rug, fur stools, coffee table, wood lamp, some decorations and sign Firefly Forest. Seller would like for buyer to honor already booked reservations.
