213 Riverview Cir Sevierville, TN 37862

Listing details for 213 Riverview Cir, Sevierville, TN 37862 : I grew up in this older neighborhood & this house use to be a gem but renters have taken their toll..the outside is still good, neighborhood is wonderful, everyone takes care of their yard, etc. & there are some good solid things in this house...the bones of the house is good .but it needs work. Lovely crab orchard stone fireplace, windows have been replaced in recent years.BROWNS'S custom made cabinets in kitchen that use to really be a big deal in the old days.....bathroom is old pink and blue...kinda large for a bathroom..downstairs had a 2nd kitchen, big shower, rec rooms, utility room..there was a leak so the paneling has been removed partially. I guess all the lightbulbs have burnt out..so you need a flashlight to see the basement...the lot is fixing to get bigger as they are selling off adjoining lot but giving more land to house....this could be a gem....but needs work...
